Service and eligibility
BasketFathom provides catalog readiness analysis, bounded buyer simulations, proposed product corrections, storefront guidance, assisted-outcome measurement, and delivery estimates for authorized Shopify merchants. You must be able to bind the Shopify business you install the app for and must use the service lawfully.
Shopify account and permissions
Authentication, installation, and billing occur through Shopify. You are responsible for your Shopify account, staff access, catalog content, and permission choices. Optional product-write access is requested only when you enable write workflows. Removing an optional permission can disable the related feature without disabling the rest of BasketFathom.
Plans, trial, and credits
Public paid plans include a 14-day trial and are offered through Shopify in USD. Monthly plans may offer usage overage only after explicit opt-in and a merchant-set monthly limit. Overage is off by default. Annual plans are fixed-price subscriptions with included credits and no native usage overage. Completed eligible work consumes credits according to the plan description; failed provider work is not charged as completed work.
Shopify controls payment authorization, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its billing platform. Plan changes and loss of entitlement may affect scheduling, limits, and access to paid features, but do not authorize us to create surprise charges.
Merchant content and approved changes
You retain ownership of your catalog and merchant content and grant us the limited permission needed to process it for the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of product claims. BasketFathom distinguishes source facts from inference and does not autonomously publish invented composition, origin, compatibility, safety, sustainability, shipping, or regulatory claims.
A proposed change must show its exact diff and validation state. Unless a low-risk transformation class has been separately pre-approved by you, a product write requires an explicit approval. Concurrent Shopify edits can stop apply or rollback for review.
Estimates and AI limitations
Readiness scores, commercial relevance, simulations, confidence, assisted outcomes, and delivery windows are decision-support estimates. They do not guarantee search ranking, external AI recommendation, conversion uplift, product suitability, legal compliance, or delivery on a particular date. You must review recommendations before relying on or publishing them.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, bypass limits, probe another tenant, upload unlawful material, attempt to extract credentials or model internals, interfere with operations, or use outputs to mislead shoppers. We may restrict activity that threatens security, availability, Shopify policy compliance, or other users.
Availability and liability
We work to operate BasketFathom reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Shopify, network, carrier, and AI provider services can affect results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleeta Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for BasketFathom in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and governing law
You may cancel through Shopify or uninstall the app. We may suspend or terminate service for material breach, non-payment, unlawful activity, or a serious security risk. Required export, deletion, redaction, billing reconciliation, and legal-retention duties may continue after termination.
